YDS Pre-Registration Application

We’re thrilled you’re interested in our weekly online D&D groups for kids and teens ages 11–17! This form is for parents or guardians (kids under 13 should submit only with supervision). Before the next term starts, we’ll email you about how to register. We carefully match each player to a group that fits, so your child finds their people — we don’t assign groups randomly!
